This recorder can then later be interfaced with a computer system for use with Windows Excel or other databases. This is all done electronically. Thanks to the clever design, there is no need to worry about tampering. The entire system is shockproof and water-resistant.

Description

Creating a guard tour verification system has never been easier than with the GuardQuest Basic Time & Attendance System. This new system allows you to place recording stations in various locations, allowing guards to check in using a hand held recorder. This recorder can then later be interfaced with a computer system for use with Windows Excel or other databases. This is all done electronically. Thanks to the clever design, there is no need to worry about tampering. The entire system is shockproof and water-resistant.

Features:

  • The Watchman touches the M8000 recorder to a recording station chip and it records date, time and station I.D. number. Each M8000 recorder can hold up to 4,000 transactions. They’re powered by 3 AAA alkaline batteries, with an approximate life of one year (or 500,000 transactions). They are designed to function at temperatures at between -40F (-40C) and +185F (+85C).
  • Export reports to Excel and other databases.
  • Expandable system design, Unlimited number of recording stations.
  • Shockproof, waterproof, and tamper-proof casing.
  • Transfer data directly to a PC via an RS232 or USB adapter.
  • Keypad operated, heavy-duty incident Message Booklet.
